Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked online. A card and deposit is required to reserve your spot.
Late Policy
You have a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted depending on timing. A late fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged a fee. This includes same-day rescheduling.
No Extra Guests
No kids or pets. Please arrive solo to maintain a calm and professional environment.
